Spread the Word. If you like the new site, do me a favor and tell a friend (or several hundred). Digg this, Stumble it, or send out a quick Tweet on Twitter. Send an email to a coworker. Get the word out and help the spread the movement.

Read the Manifesto. A statement of our mission and principles, the Renegade HR Manifesto is the heart of the movement. Some of the principles might seem a little odd (ex. Use employees as guinea pigs), but over the next few months, you’ll learn about them all in detail.

Check out the Free Stuff. There’s a ton of free stuff for your to download at the Renegade Resource Center, including books, tools and presentation slides. Check it out!
