@Eva – It’s a big problem, isn’t it? Almost every high-performing individual contributor feels like after a certain point, the only way for them to keep advancing and growing is to move into management.
The organizations that win here are the ones that can create viable career paths that don’t involve management for these people (just like sports teams do)!
