I also think organizations that aren&#039;t involved in social media are missing an opportunity to connect with potential employees in a meaningful way and engage current employees internally.</description>

Businesses should embrace new marketing oportunities. I said at work that our home page should have had a forum for the customers to discuss their whatever cases. But the fear of negativity is HUGE. I am myself a customer with a company that have a forum. I never use their support, I ask in the forum and get help from other dedicated customers or free workers if you like... Yes there is some negativity there, but it gets corrected by the same dedicated working for free customers. GREAT!</description>
