		<description>Great post, I think you’re right that the current way of doing HR should be put out of business. The specialized functions you point out are right on. The focus of the HR professional is increasingly shifting to thinking more in a marketing capacity. HR professionals involved in recruiting should see themselves in less of an administrative function and more of marketing role.
