		<description>Good tip about thinking of solutions, although I do believe it is easier said than done. It takes a completely different approach (and skillset) to pinpoint a problem vs identifying a problem and then developing possible solutions (problem solving). People may also be more naturally inclined to one of the two approaches.</description>
