I can relate to your model. I teach presentation skills and most of the time I don&#039;t have to spend any time on the benefits. The course participants already know that it will improve their career prospects, effectiveness on the job and their confidence. But when I&#039;m teaching graduate programs (people who&#039;ve just left university and are at the start of their careers), I spend just a few minutes talking about the benefits of being able to present.
